I recently bought and finished building the kit and have to say, I had an extremely positive experience in talking to Kevin, as I was doubtful if the rubber bands I was ordering were compatible for the mechanism / shooting. He cleared up these doubts almost immediately and you can expect a quick response time from him.

It was impressive how true to form the kit was to the in-game model, as well as how the kit includes functioning mechanisms. In my opinion, through his build videos and the kit itself, it’s fun to see how he solved problems and improved the mechanism over time. I was especially fascinated with the magazine and its release function, as simple of a mechanism as it is.
It is also cool to see what role each rubber band plays in order to make the full mechanism work – It gives what some might think is a simple brick toy build a lot of life 🙂 Also, Kevin’s inspect animation with the LEGO version in the videos and showing the in game version side-by-side was really cool.
I always loved LEGOs and building model kits from childhood. I also love and own this particular Deagle skin in Counter-Strike. Thank you for creating this kit.

Great instructions! Only thing that would make them better is for them to be more compact–ie easier to print.
